The continued pressure from overseas outflows and higher global yields kept investors cautious, while rising crude prices added to concerns over broader market conditions.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 71909.7 down by -570.59 points or by -0.79 % and then NSE Nifty was at 22421.95 down by -198.5 points or by -0.88 %.
