Sensex trim all gains; metal, pharma drag

Indian equity markets erased all the intraday gains and trading lower with Nifty below 22650.



At 14:50 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 72500.23 down by -28.84 points or by -0.04 % and then NSE Nifty was at 22608.2 down by -108 points or by -0.48 %.



Sensex touched intraday high of 73062.23 and intraday low of 72366.44 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 22809.35 and intraday low of 22604.45

The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were ICICI Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1323.60,+2.40%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (Rs. 415.65,+2.38%), InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (Rs. 4983.00,+2.11%), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 1228.30,+1.60%), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (Rs. 2058.30,+1.10%), among others.



The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Eternal Ltd. (Rs. 318.50,-2.60%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (Rs. 1713.30,-1.82%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd. (Rs. 1787.45,-1.68%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 1829.30,-1.65%), Titan Company Ltd. (Rs. 4610.50,-1.57%), among others.

Realty index was at 6618.31 up by 81.47 points or by 1.25%. Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. (Rs. 1486.10,+4.51%), Brigade Enterprises Ltd. (Rs. 582.20,+3.22%), Sobha Ltd. (Rs. 1235.00,+1.56%), Phoenix Mills Ltd. (Rs. 1948.20,+1.03%), Lodha Developers Ltd. (Rs. 1120.70,+1.03%),.
