Deccan Cements - Resignation of Director

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that Mr. P Venugopal Raju, Non-Executive (Non-Independent) Director, has tendered his resignation as Director of the Company w.e.f 4th January 2018.
