Ace Alpha Tech - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, please be informed that Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, November 06, 2026, has approved the Scheme of Amalgmation of Ace Alpha Tech Limited with Share India Securities Limited with their respetive shareholders and creditors.
