ACE Soft. Exp. - Intimation Of Record Date For Second And Final Call On Partly Paid-Up Equity Shares Of Ace Software Exports

In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Board of Directors has approved and fixed Friday, November 20, 2026, as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders of partly paid equity shares to whom the Second and Final Call Money Notice would be sent.
