TCPL Packaging Q2 net profit jumps 59.16% at Rs 45.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 45.09 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 28.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 59.16 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.55 per cent at Rs 539.55 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 429.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.24 per cent to Rs 445.73 crore from Rs 370.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 52.15 per cent at Rs 4.56 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 9.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.03 per cent to Rs 93.82 crore as against Rs 67.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.55 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 22.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.68 crore, while Taxation increased by 94.22 per cent at Rs 16.47 crore (Sep'25 Rs 8.48 crore).
