V2 Retail Q2 net profit up 1.11% at Rs 18.28 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.28 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 18.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 1.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 28.47 per cent at Rs 905.60 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 704.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 26.85 per cent to Rs 785.26 crore from Rs 619.05 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 427.66 per cent at Rs 2.48 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.47 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 40.19 per cent to Rs 120.34 crore as against Rs 85.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 9.11 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 6.27 per cent y-o-y to Rs 29.66 crore, while Taxation increased by 118.27 per cent at Rs 6.57 crore (Sep'25 Rs 3.01 crore).
