Sai Silks (Kalamandi Q2 net profit down 22.46% at Rs 31.08 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.08 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 40.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 22.46 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.31 per cent at Rs 434.05 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 444.33 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.04 per cent to Rs 372.46 crore from Rs 372.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 6.87 per cent at Rs 4.82 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 4.51 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 14.48 per cent to Rs 61.59 crore as against Rs 72.02 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 12.46 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 27.36 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.89 crore, while Taxation decreased by 27.63 per cent at Rs 10.37 crore (Sep'25 Rs 14.33 crore).
