Ajmera Realty & Infr Q2 net profit up 21.27% at Rs 31.76 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 31.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 26.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.27 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 62.85 per cent at Rs 198.76 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 122.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 92.74 per cent to Rs 147.41 crore from Rs 76.48 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 105.83 per cent at Rs 2.47 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 1.20 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.68 per cent to Rs 51.35 crore as against Rs 45.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.80 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 1.71 per cent y-o-y to Rs 10.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.88 per cent at Rs 10.50 crore (Sep'25 Rs 9.47 crore).
