RPG Life Sciences Q2 net profit down 36.80% at Rs 23.29 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 23.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 36.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 36.80 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 6.45 per cent at Rs 193.39 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 181.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 12.68 per cent to Rs 160.74 crore from Rs 142.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.96 per cent at Rs 3.77 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 4.54 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.35 per cent to Rs 32.65 crore as against Rs 39.03 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 21.42 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 550.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.78 crore, while Taxation decreased by 46.11 per cent at Rs 6.79 crore (Sep'25 Rs 12.60 crore).
