Aditya Birla SL AMC Q2 net profit down 8.37% at Rs 224.21 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 224.21 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 244.70 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.37 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.88 per cent at Rs 476.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 458.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.13 per cent to Rs 205.47 crore from Rs 172.47 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 5.98 per cent at Rs 42.15 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 44.83 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.32 per cent to Rs 270.72 crore as against Rs 285.94 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.87 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 12.60 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.11 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.75 per cent at Rs 74.84 crore (Sep'25 Rs 74.28 crore).
