HDFC AMC Q2 net profit up 4.42% at Rs 749.81 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 749.81 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 718.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 13.93 per cent at Rs 1,168.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 1,026.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.56 per cent to Rs 237.89 crore from Rs 225.37 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 26.01 per cent at Rs 70.94 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 95.88 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 16.28 per cent to Rs 931.04 crore as against Rs 800.67 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.08 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 15.05 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.67 crore, while Taxation increased by 44.69 per cent at Rs 227.93 crore (Sep'25 Rs 157.53 crore).
