UltraTech Cement Q2 net profit up 25.18% at Rs 1331.78 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,331.78 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1063.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 25.18 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.75 per cent at Rs 22,107.68 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17,864.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 24.57 per cent to Rs 18,803.53 crore from Rs 15,094.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 16.42 per cent at Rs 84.57 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 72.64 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 19.27 per cent to Rs 3,304.15 crore as against Rs 2,770.21 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 3.61 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 24.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 494.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 29.83 per cent at Rs 494.67 crore (Sep'25 Rs 381.02 crore).
