Bajaj Auto Q2 net profit up 35.25% at Rs 3353.76 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3,353.76 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2479.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 35.25 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 30.89 per cent at Rs 18,879.75 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14,424.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 33.38 per cent to Rs 15,832.60 crore from Rs 11,870.39 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 13.58 per cent at Rs 419.34 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 369.19 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 36.67 per cent to Rs 4,170.83 crore as against Rs 3,051.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 4.40 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 44.19 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.02 crore, while Taxation increased by 35.42 per cent at Rs 1,103.73 crore (Sep'25 Rs 815.03 crore).
