Hero MotoCorp Q2 net profit up 4.55% at Rs 1456.22 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1,456.22 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1392.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.55 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 21.12 per cent at Rs 14,687.43 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12,126.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 23.46 per cent to Rs 12,719.79 crore from Rs 10,302.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 16.77 per cent at Rs 193.79 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 232.84 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 7.91 per cent to Rs 1,967.64 crore as against Rs 1,823.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 10.90 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 8.50 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.13 crore, while Taxation increased by 4.76 per cent at Rs 482.79 crore (Sep'25 Rs 460.85 crore).
