REC has declared 35% Interim dividend for the financial year March 2027

REC Ltd. on Monday, 26 October 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 35 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 30 October 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 30 October 2026.

The last five dividends are 42.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 31 July 2026), 15.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2026), 32% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 March 2026), 46% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2026) and 46% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 27 October 2025).
