Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Para A(1) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company proposes to establish and operate a Mineral Exchange through its Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Markets on Cloud Private Limited (\MOC\) or a newly incorporated subsidiary, subject to registration with Indian Bureau of Mines (\IBM\) under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, the Mineral Exchange Rules, 2026 and other applicable Rules.
