Melstar Information Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange about Memorandum of Understanding entered into between Melstarr Aviations Tech Private Limited ( MATPL ), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board, Government of Andhra Pradesh ( APEDB ).
