Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that our wholly owned subsidiary, Melstarr Aviations Tech Private Limited ('MATPL'), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ('MoU') with Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board, Government of Andhra Pradesh ('APEDB'), on October 23, 2026, for facilitating the establishment of a Maintenance Training Organization in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
