SecMark Consultancy - Board Meeting Intimation for Intimation For Consider And Approval Of Unaudited (Standalone & Consolidat

Secmark Consultancy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results along with limited review report of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and; any other business which forms part of the Agenda Paper. Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and Code of fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information, the trading window of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026 is closed from Thursday, October 01, 2026 and shall remain close till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
