SJP Ultrasonics Ltd. debuts with 10.74% premium at Rs 74.20

SJP Ultrasonics Ltd. makes a strong debut on the bourses with scrip got listed at Rs 74.20 on the Bombay Stock Exchange, a 10.74 per cent premium to its issue price of Rs 67.00.

The company, which raised 0.35 Cr from initial public offering, was subscribed 1.78 times, receiving bids for 62.30 lakhs shares against the total issue size of 35.00 lakhs shares.

The company, listed under MT Group Securities post its IPO, opened for subscription from Sep 30 to Oct 05.

Following a strong opening, the scrip touched an intraday high of Rs 77.91 and a low of Rs 73.00, before closing the session up by 8.97 per cent to its listing price at Rs 73.01 on the BSE.
