Dharti Proteins - Board Meeting Intimation for Meeting Of Board Of Directors To Be Held On Tuesday, 13Th October, 2026

Dharti Proteins Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/10/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. The Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 and to take on record the Interim Audit Report thereon; & 2. The proposal for issue of bonus shares to the public shareholders of the Company in order to achieve compliance with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirements mandated under rule 19A of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 read with regulation 38 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
