Bright Brothers - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Restructuring

We refer to our letter dated 11th August, 2026, wherein disclosures were provided regarding commencement of merger of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Bright Brothers LLC with its step-down subsidiary Sintex Logistics LLC.\r\n\r\nIn this regard, we would like to inform you that process of merger has been completed. Pursuant to the said merger, Bright Brothers LLC has ceased to exist and the name of Sintex Logistics LLC has been changed to Bright Composites LLC. Therefore, Bright Composites LLC is the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Bright Brothers Ltd.
