Bright Brothers - Compliances-Certificate under Reg. 74 (5) of SEBI (DP) Regulations, 2018

We enclose herewith letter dated 3rd October, 2026 issued by our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent viz. MUFG Intime India Private Limited. In said letter, the RTA has certified that the securities for dematerialization have been confirmed to the depositories and they are listed on BSE Ltd. Further, the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled and the names of the depositories have been substituted in the Register of the Members as registered owners.
