Solex Energy Limited has secured a work order worth Rs 75.96 crore from domestic entities operating in the power and electricity sector for the supply of high-efficiency solar photovoltaic modules.
Under the order, Solex will supply 620 Wp N-Type TOPCon G12R Glass-to-Glass Solar PV modules. The contract value of Rs 75.96 crore includes all applicable duties and taxes.
The order strengthens Solex Energy’s position as a manufacturing partner for large-scale renewable energy projects and highlights growing demand for its advanced photovoltaic technology. The 620 Wp modules are designed to offer high power generation, durability and long-term performance, making them suitable for utility-scale and other demanding solar applications.
Solex manufactures solar modules at its facilities near Surat, Gujarat. Its products comply with global quality and performance standards, including IEC, CE, UL, CEC, BIS, EPD and Kiwa PVEL 2026 certifications, and are included in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy’s Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM).
With nearly three decades of experience in the solar industry, Solex has established partnerships across utility, commercial, industrial and public-sector projects in India and overseas. Under its Vision 2030 roadmap, the company is working to expand manufacturing capacity, strengthen quality systems and exports, and develop its workforce, including skill-building initiatives for young talent from tribal communities.
