Datamatics selected by prometric to support global remote examination operations

Datamatics has been selected by Prometric, a global provider of credentialing and skills development services, to support its remote examination operations worldwide.

Datamatics will provide 24/7/365 multilingual support in English, Spanish and French through its delivery centres in India, the Philippines and Peru.

The engagement will cover key stages of the remote examination process, including candidate technical readiness, remote exam proctoring, candidate support, security monitoring, quality checks, workforce planning and performance reporting.

The global delivery model is aimed at reducing candidate wait times and service interruptions while maintaining examination security and service quality. It will also enable Prometric to scale its remote testing operations and provide a consistent candidate experience across markets.
