Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III, Part A, Para A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e., Thursday, 24th September, 2026, have approved the appointment of M/s. Avnesh Jain & Co., Cost Accountants, (FRN: 101048) as the Cost Auditor of the Company to conduct audit of cost records made and maintained by the Company for financial year commencing on 1st April, 2026, and ending on 31st March, 2027.
