Liqvd Digital India announces launch of initial public offering

Liqvd Digital India Ltd. has announced public offering of 7224000 shares at a price of Rs 5.00 each for Cash at a Premium of Rs 49.00 per share. The gross proceeds of the issue are expected to be Rs 3,900.96 lakhs.

The company's initial public offer (IPO) will open on 23 September 2026 and is expected to close on 25 September 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The price band of the issue has been fixed at Rs 51.00-54.00 per share.

The IPO includes a fresh Issue of 7224000 Equity Shares of the Company at an price of Rs 54.00 per Equity Share. The company has fixed the minimum bid lot for the issue at 2000 shares with bids in multiples of 2000.

Liqvd Digital India Ltd. anticipates using the proceeds of the issue for Funding of purchase consideration for acquisition of % stake in AdLift Marketing Private Limited Funding capital expenditure, operating expenditure and other expenditure to be incurred for establishment of a FullScale Video Content Production Hub (“Full Scale VCP Hub) Funding the incremental working capital requirements Funding inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
