Behari Lal Engg. Q1 net profit up 24.45% at Rs 19.19 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 19.19 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 15.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 24.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 18.03 per cent at Rs 151.67 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 128.50 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.48 per cent to Rs 124.11 crore from Rs 105.64 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 75.00 per cent at Rs 2.17 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 20.61 per cent to Rs 27.56 crore as against Rs 22.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 2.19 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 22.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.43 crore, while Taxation increased by 18.84 per cent at Rs 6.56 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.52 crore).
