Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty closed nearly flat on Thursday, as investors remained cautious following the US Federal Reserve’s interest rate hike and indications of further monetary tightening.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 74314.59 down by -21.86 points or by -0.03 % and then NSE Nifty was at 23270.6 up by 53 points or by 0.23 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 74677.56 and intraday low of 74163.95 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 23363.55 and intraday low of 23193.65
