Novus Loyalty - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Amendments to Memorandum & Articles of Association

Clause V of the memorandum of association of the company will be amended . The authorized capital will be increased from 18 crore to 20 crore. The required resolution has been passed in EGM Held on 3rd Sept 2026.
