Maestros Electronics - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

This Corrigendum is being issued in continuation of the 17th AGM Notice and Annual Report, in compliance with Regulation 30, Regulation 34(1) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations of the following corrections/modifications:\r\n1. Correction in Key Financial Ratios: On Page 130 of the Annual Report, the 'Debt Service Coverage Ratio' for FY 2024-25 was inadvertently stated incorrectly. The correct ratio is 13.01, and accordingly, the percentage change shall be read as -4% instead of 29%. The corresponding correction has also been made on Page 61 of Annual Report. \r\n2. Deletion of VC/OAVM References: As the 17th AGM is being conducted through physical mode, the references and instructions relating to participation through VC/OAVM inadvertently included in the AGM Notice have been deleted.
