Nephrocare Health - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to hereby inform that NephroPlus Health Services Kazakhstan LLP, an overseas subsidiary of the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for acquisition of 100% participatory interest in Dialysis Center Almaty LLP in Kazakhstan as per the disclosure annexed herewith.
