HFCL has secured an export order worth USD 244 million (around Rs 2,329 crore) from a global multinational corporation for the supply of high-quality optical fibre cables, the telecom equipment maker said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
The company said the three-year supply agreement will run until December 2029. The order has been secured through HFCL’s overseas wholly owned subsidiary.
The contract involves the supply of high-fibre-count Optical Fibre Cables (OFC), with the total value estimated at approximately USD 244 million over the agreement period.
HFCL did not disclose the identity of the multinational customer.
