Jindal Hotels - Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Pursuant to Regulation 34(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), as amended from time to time, we are e-filing herewith Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (2025-26) comprising inter-alia, Notice of the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, Board's Report along with its Annexures, Management Discussion & Analysis, Report on Corporate Governance, Independent Auditors' Reports on Standalone Financial Statements, Audited Financial Statements including Cash Flow Statements and relevant Notes attached thereto etc. \r\n\r\nFurther, the 41st AGM of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 at 2.00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The Annual Report of the Company is also available on the website of the Company at www.suryapalace.com.\r\n
