Ather Energy - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Analyst / Investor Meet - Intimation

Pursuant to the press release issued by the Company on July 14, 2026, regarding the hosting of Ather Community Day on August 29, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Company shall also be meeting a Group of Analysts/Investors attending the event.\r\n\r\nThe Company had announced Ather Community Day on July 14, 2026. Following continued interest and participation enquiries from members of the analyst and investor community, the Company decided to facilitate an Analyst/Investor Group Meeting on the day of the event. Accordingly, the intimation is being submitted at short-notice and as a follow up intimation to the Community Day Press Release announcement.
