Shayona Engineering - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Appointment of Statutory Auditor/s

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7) of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, i.e. August 27, 2026, has appointed M/s. O. P. Rathi & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 108718W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company with effect from August 27, 2026 to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. SGPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
