Ansal Buildwell Q1 net profit jumps 53.23% at Rs 1.90 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.90 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 53.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 36.71 per cent at Rs 13.37 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.78 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 44.35 per cent to Rs 10.22 crore from Rs 7.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 5.13 per cent at Rs 0.82 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.47 per cent to Rs 3.16 crore as against Rs 2.69 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 14.34 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 19.17 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation decreased by 16.33 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.49 crore).
