Frontier Springs Q1 net profit down 18.52% at Rs 12.01 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.01 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 14.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.14 per cent at Rs 78.46 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 75.34 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.83 per cent to Rs 59.22 crore from Rs 54.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.60 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.78 per cent to Rs 19.24 crore as against Rs 20.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.55 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 14.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 16.60 per cent at Rs 6.04 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.18 crore).
