Balu Forge Ind. Q1 net profit up 11.02% at Rs 37.79 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.79 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 34.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 11.02 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.67 per cent at Rs 175.01 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 150.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.16 per cent to Rs 117.62 crore from Rs 101.26 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 34.47 per cent at Rs 2.77 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.72 per cent to Rs 57.39 crore as against Rs 48.75 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.89 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 106.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.59 crore, while Taxation increased by 12.53 per cent at Rs 14.64 crore (Jun'25 Rs 13.01 crore).
