Kalyani Forge Q1 net profit zooms 217.73% at Rs 4.48 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 217.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 4.16 per cent at Rs 66.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 3.45 per cent to Rs 56.18 crore from Rs 58.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 28.21 per cent at Rs 0.28 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.39 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 78.32 per cent to Rs 10.61 crore as against Rs 5.95 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 71.41 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 23.79 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.73 crore, while Taxation increased by 169.35 per cent at Rs 1.67 crore (Jun'25 Rs 0.62 crore).
