Inspirisys Solutions Q1 net profit down 21.03% at Rs 4.28 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.28 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 21.03 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 26.86 per cent at Rs 104.24 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 82.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 32.08 per cent to Rs 98.78 crore from Rs 74.79 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 54.24 per cent at Rs 2.73 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.77 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.02 per cent to Rs 5.46 crore as against Rs 7.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 41.65 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.63 crore, while Taxation decreased by 3.16 per cent at Rs 1.84 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.90 crore).
