Simplex Infra. Q1 net profit zooms 196.31% at Rs 10.43 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.43 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 196.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 2.26 per cent at Rs 150.06 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 153.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 11.58 per cent to Rs 129.68 crore from Rs 146.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 62.83 per cent at Rs 3.26 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 8.77 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 197.08 per cent to Rs 20.38 crore as against Rs 6.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 203.80 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 34.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 34.68 per cent at Rs 4.00 crore (Jun'25 Rs 2.97 crore).
