Asian Hotels (North) posts Q1 net loss of Rs 3.54 cr

The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 3.54 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 13.55 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 10.44 per cent at Rs 77.63 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 70.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 15.57 per cent to Rs 64.07 crore from Rs 55.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 35.71 per cent at Rs 0.38 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.28 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 8.69 per cent to Rs 13.56 crore as against Rs 14.85 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.28 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 23.72 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.12 crore, while Taxation decreased by 122.20 per cent at Rs -1.19 crore (Jun'25 Rs 5.36 crore).
