Garuda Con. & Engg. Q1 net profit jumps 48.38% at Rs 41.56 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 41.56 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 28.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 48.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 40.12 per cent at Rs 175.38 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 125.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 34.37 per cent to Rs 119.24 crore from Rs 88.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 83.55 per cent at Rs 0.25 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 1.52 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 54.15 per cent to Rs 56.14 crore as against Rs 36.42 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 10.00 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 15.22 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.53 crore, while Taxation increased by 51.12 per cent at Rs 14.22 crore (Jun'25 Rs 9.41 crore).
