Adon Agro Commoditie - Intimation Regarding Application For Extension Of Time For Holding 05Th Annual General Meeting

The Board of Director's of the company, in its meeting held on 22nd August, 2026, has approved making an application with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-II in e-Form GNL-1, under the third proviso to section 96(1) of the Companies act, 2013, seeking extension of time by a period of 45 days for holding the 5th Annual General Meeting of the company for the Financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
