EIH Q1 net profit zooms 249.53% at Rs 127.09 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 127.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 36.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 249.53 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.62 per cent at Rs 599.80 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 518.77 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.38 per cent to Rs 450.85 crore from Rs 377.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 11.17 per cent at Rs 58.20 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 52.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 5.55 per cent to Rs 148.95 crore as against Rs 141.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 8.71 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 0.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.69 crore, while Taxation increased by 234.09 per cent at Rs 42.63 crore (Jun'25 Rs 12.76 crore).
