Kalyani Forge has declared 40% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

Kalyani Forge Ltd. on Monday, 25 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 40 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 21 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 21 August 2026.

The last five dividends are 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 22 August 2025), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 September 2024), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2023), 30% Final dividend (Ex Date : 10 August 2022) and 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 05 August 2021).
