Brigade Hotel Ventur Q1 net profit zooms 177.14% at Rs 14.55 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 5.25 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 177.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.71 per cent at Rs 110.52 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 108.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.36 per cent to Rs 75.01 crore from Rs 73.28 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 513.70 per cent at Rs 4.48 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.73 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.37 per cent to Rs 35.51 crore as against Rs 35.38 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 1.32 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 51.29 per cent y-o-y to Rs 8.47 crore, while Taxation increased by 176.54 per cent at Rs 4.95 crore (Jun'25 Rs 1.79 crore).
