Bodal Chemicals Q1 net profit zooms 178.34% at Rs 28.78 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.78 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 178.34 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 56.97 per cent at Rs 698.30 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 444.85 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 59.22 per cent to Rs 629.12 crore from Rs 395.13 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 135.71 per cent at Rs 5.28 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 2.24 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.17 per cent to Rs 69.18 crore as against Rs 49.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.36 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 11.15 per cent y-o-y to Rs 18.56 crore, while Taxation increased by 187.86 per cent at Rs 9.96 crore (Jun'25 Rs 3.46 crore).
